Advanced HSK

The next testing of the Advanced HSK exam is exactly three months from now. My results from the last exam were promising but still of the fail kind. I passed the listening, writing and speaking section, but failed the reading and comprehensive parts. It's pretty obvious that I need to greatly improve my vocabulary. This promises to be tough and boring. Vocab acquisition has never been a favourite part of language learning for me. I probably need to find a better technique for learning to supplant my current memorise, memorise, memorise method. But yeah, we'll see...... I'm still aiming for a level 9 score for this next exam and for a level 10 score in the one after that. It will be tough, but if I work hard (and that's a big if) it's definitely achievable. I'm not going to go all obsessive Korean student and study all day everyday, but I think I can maintain a moderate amount of two hours study a day, in addition to classes and everything else. 3 months left to go, I will not fail! 加油 me!
